Track & Field Season is officially upon us, and although many programs will wait until the weekend of 12/13-14 to open, some programs will see their first bit of action this Saturday 12/7 at the Ursinus High School Invite. Entries are due Thursday 12/5 on PA Milesplit.
For those coaches looking to expand their knowledge and build upon their library of drills, there are two amazing clinics this week. The first is the 2019 All Star Track & Field Clinic hosted by M-F Athletic at the Tropicana in Atlantic City, NJ from 12/4-6 with Keynote Speaker Gail Deavers! Once you’re done in AC, swing over to Philly International Airport for the 4th Annual Coaches Helping Coaches Clinic at the Clarion Hotel hosted by founders and Catholic League alums, Lenny Jordan and Jerome & Jermaine Lowery. The top local coaches in the area will be there sharing a wealth of information and great coaching tips!

Last but not least, don’t forget to check out PA Milesplit for Father Judge’s Annual Indoor Shot Put Series to get your shot putters some extra work. Registration is now open for the first meet on Tuesday December 17.
