The 2019-20 Indoor Track & Field season has had no shortage of great Catholic League performances during the early season with 22 State guideline performances thus far between men and women. Senior Salim Epps has stood out so far with PA #1 times in the 200m (US#8) and the 400m (US #11). Throw in a win at the rarely run 300m at the Bishop Loughlin Games (PA #2, US#12) and the St. Joe’s Prep Senior leads the way so far for is already an extremely talented field at 400m in the PCL. Eric Ford of LaSalle has run 50.41 at the Armory for PA #3, Kendall White of Bishop McDevitt has run 50.79 at Lehigh for PA #5, and Denis Gallagher of St. Joe’s Prep has run 51.54 at Lehigh for PA #13.
